Before you choose a spot

1. Measure the whole space. Check floor width, depth and ceiling height. Allow for projecting platforms and access around the furniture; a base measurement alone is not enough.
2. Check the places your cat will use. Compare platform and nest measurements with your cat’s size. Ask us about any missing measurements, weight limits and assembly instructions before ordering.
3. Plan delivery and assembly. Check doorways, stairs and the space available for assembly. Review the delivery estimate and returns policy before checkout.

The wheel’s listed 75 cm diameter is its outside diameter. The internal running diameter and maximum cat weight are not yet confirmed. Contact us before choosing it for your cat.

Questions about size, materials and assembly

How much room does the Cactus cat tree need?

The supplier diagram lists a height of approximately 201 cm and a round base of 70 cm diameter. The base is not the full footprint: allow extra space for the platforms, your cat’s access and assembly. Check your ceiling height and the full platform spread before choosing a position.

How does the Desert Oasis compare?

Desert Oasis is approximately 190 cm tall, with a base about 60 cm wide and a top nest opening of approximately 37.5 cm. Its platforms project beyond the base. Supplier measurements can vary by approximately 2–3 cm, so do not plan a tight fit from the base width alone.

What are the materials?

The Cactus combines a metal frame, wood platforms and sisal scratching surfaces. Desert Oasis includes wood platforms and a woven nest. Materials differ by model and component; we have not verified the timber species or whether every panel is solid timber. Ask us to confirm a particular component if it matters to your choice.

Do the tall cat trees arrive assembled?

The Cactus, Desert Oasis and Wheel & Tree Combo require assembly. Delivery does not include assembly. Ask us for the model’s instructions, tool requirements and any fixing requirements before ordering; we do not currently publish a verified assembly time or assume every model includes the same fittings.

Which design should I choose for a large cat or several cats?

We have not yet verified maximum cat weights or combined loads for these models. We cannot currently confirm suitability for a particular breed, weight or number of cats. Send us your cat’s weight, body size and the model you are considering so we can request the relevant supplier specifications before you buy.

What should I check for a kitten or a cat that finds climbing difficult?

Compare the height of the first step, the gaps between platforms and the access to each resting area with what your cat already uses comfortably. Those step-by-step measurements are not currently published for every model. Ask us to confirm them instead of choosing from overall height or a lifestyle illustration alone.

Is the 75 cm wheel measurement the running diameter?

No. The supplier’s 75 cm measurement is the outside diameter. The Wheel & Tree Combo is approximately 176.6 cm tall and 115 cm wide overall, with a listed running surface width of 25 cm. Internal running diameter and maximum cat weight remain unverified; please confirm suitability before ordering.

Can I use the room photos to judge exact scale?

Some gallery images are AI-generated room-styling illustrations. They are not customer photographs, and people, cats and product scale are illustrative. Use supplier dimension diagrams and written measurements to assess the fit.
