These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Pawzen Mart. Please read them before ordering.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an email confirming dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly — we will contact you and give you the choice of a substitute or a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Product information

We describe our products and their dimensions as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Where an item is flat-packed and requires assembly, we say so on the product page.

Safe use

Our products are cat furniture for domestic indoor use. Assemble them according to the instructions supplied, place them on a level surface, and check fixings periodically. Products are not toys for children and should not be used other than as intended.

Payment

Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
