1. About Us

Pawzen Mart is an online retail store operated by KPD Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 43 692 269 364), an Australian private company registered for GST. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices & Currency

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but orders confirmed at a price will be honoured at that price.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
• We accept payment via methods available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Shipping

• We ship within Australia only (unless otherwise stated).
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on this site (images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to Pawzen Mart. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
