pawzen mart social — privacy
App information · App privacy · App terms
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This notice describes the internal Pawzen Mart Social workspace operated by KPD Trading Pty Ltd, trading as Pawzen Mart (ABN 43 692 269 364). It covers social-account connections and content management. Store shopping has a separate privacy policy.
Information used
- Operator account email, password hash and session information needed to sign in.
- Connected social-account identifiers, usernames, profile details and authorization tokens.
- Media, captions, drafts, publishing schedules and publishing results entered into the workspace.
- Account content, comments and performance information when available under granted permissions and used by an operator.
- Operational records needed to diagnose failed requests and run scheduled jobs.
Instagram and the Pawzenmart TikTok sandbox account are connected. The authorized TikTok permissions cover basic and additional profile information, engagement statistics, public videos, draft uploads and direct posting. Granting these permissions does not establish production approval or confirm that publishing works; TikTok sandbox restrictions still apply. We do not ask operators to send their social-platform passwords to Pawzen Mart.
Purpose and access
We use this information to operate authorized social accounts, prepare content, perform approved publishing actions, review available performance information and troubleshoot the service. The workspace is intended for authorized brand operators. It is not a customer review service or an open social network.
Storage and sharing
The current installation stores its database and uploads in Docker volumes on the operator’s Mac. App credentials are kept in a private local configuration file excluded from version control. Authorized requests send account information and content to the relevant social platform, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
The current local login callback uses redirectmeto.com. Temporary login authorization codes and callback parameters pass through that third-party redirect service before returning to the local app. This introduces a third-party dependency. Social platforms and redirect providers may process data outside Australia.
Public HTTPS media hosting is proposed but is not active. If enabled, media uploaded to that public host may be accessible to anyone who has its URL, including unpublished drafts. Only media cleared for public distribution should be placed there. This notice must be updated with the actual provider before that change goes live.
Retention and removal
The current setup has no configured automatic retention schedule. Content, logs and account records may remain until an operator removes them. Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but does not itself delete local copies or posts already on the social platform. Backup copies, if created, require separate handling.
To request access, correction, disconnection or deletion, contact admin@kpdtrading.com.au. We may verify that you control the affected account. We will explain what can be removed, any applicable retention requirements and the outcome. You can also revoke app access in the social platform’s account settings.
Security and changes
Keep the operator account and device secure. No system can guarantee absolute security. This notice will be updated when the app’s functionality, hosting or data handling changes. Privacy questions and complaints can be sent to the contact above.
