These terms apply to authorized use of Pawzen Mart Social, an internal tool operated by KPD Trading Pty Ltd, trading as Pawzen Mart (ABN 43 692 269 364). They do not replace Pawzen Mart’s retail purchase terms.

Authorized use

Use the workspace only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Public registration is unavailable. Protect your login details and report unexpected access to admin@kpdtrading.com.au.

Content responsibility

Only upload content you have permission to use, including images, video, music and people’s likenesses. Check product claims, pricing, promotion dates, captions and intended audiences before publishing. Follow the relevant platform’s rules for promotional content, AI-generated media and music rights. Do not use the app for deceptive engagement, impersonation or spam.

Publishing and availability

Creating or connecting an account does not itself approve a post. Operators are responsible for reviewing the content and settings of each publishing or scheduling action. Scheduling depends on the Mac remaining awake, Docker running, network availability, valid platform permissions and working media URLs. Delivery at an exact time is not guaranteed.

TikTok is in sandbox configuration only. Production posting and draft uploads are not currently available through this installation. Platform review, permission restrictions and API changes may prevent or limit a feature. This app is not endorsed by TikTok or Meta.

Privacy and public media

Read the app privacy notice before connecting a social account. Do not upload passwords, customer records or confidential material as social media assets. Any future public media host must be treated as public distribution even for material awaiting publication.

Access changes and ending use

The operator may suspend access to investigate unauthorized activity, maintain the service or comply with platform requirements. You may stop using the app and revoke its access from the social platform. Contact us for local data-removal requests; revocation does not remove posts already published on a platform.

Charges and applicable rights

This internal installation does not offer a public paid subscription. Any external hosting or service purchases are separate decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to authorized operators.
